## How I work. Six principles.

1. **Find the thread.** Most problems aren't problems in the parts — they're problems between the parts. That's where I work.
2. **Own the outcome.** 'The other team didn't deliver' is not a complete sentence. Responsibility includes the dependencies you don't control.
3. **AI first.** Agentic workflows, embedded in the build. I build with it, not just talk about it.
4. **High agency beats high IQ.** The PM who finds a way beats the PM who explains why it couldn't be done. Builders don't wait for permission.
5. **Say the hard thing.** The answer you need isn't always the answer you want. I'd rather be useful than comfortable.
6. **Geek energy.** Curious about how things work, rigorous about how to measure it. If you don't challenge me at least once, I'm not excited.
